In this basic Property Manager course you will learn all about adding, amending and viewing information relative to Developments, Clients, Purchase Ledger, Hold File, Jobs and Proposed Works.

3. Basic Finance

Course runs: Monthly
Course Objectives:
In this basic Finance course you will learn about posting purchase invoices, processing management fees, running client invoices and receiving client payments. You will also gain an understanding of where to view all this information in RPM once processed.

4. Advanced Job Maintenance

Course runs: Monthly
Course Objectives:
In this Jobs Maintenance course you will learn about creating, sending and completing Jobs / Work Orders, adding additional Tasks

5. Advanced Proposed Works

Course runs: Monthly
Course Objectives:
In this Advanced Proposed Works course you will learn how to manage a proposed works from estimates through to invoicing, receiving client payments, using PW as a voting system and how to manage the pw funds.

6. Advanced Credit Control

Course runs: Monthly
Course Objectives:
In this Advanced Credit Control course you will learn how to manage and monitor your clients with debt balances. From sending out 1st Reminders, applying late payment fees and 2nd Reminders on to Debt Recovery and Court Ledger records.

7. Documents & Templates

Course runs: Monthly
Course Objectives:
In this Documents and Templates course you will learn how to create a new template, add it into RPM, and use that template as a basis from which to send out letters to clients, contractors and proposed works.

8. Advanced PL Payments

Course runs: Monthly
Course Objectives:
In this Advanced Purchase Ledger Payments course you will learn how to view, suspend, unsuspend and process payments for selected PL Invoices, and send out remittances.

9. Budgeted Developments

Course runs: Monthly
Course Objectives:
In this Budgeted Developments course you will learn how to setup a Budgeted Development, create Budget Headings, setup Budgets and record Actual against Budgeted Transactions and invoice your clients.

10. Client Invoice & Payments

Course runs: Monthly
Course Objectives:
In this RPM Client Invoicing and Payments course you will learn how to prepare for an invoicing run within RPM. From setting up Charge Types and Charge Headings, Posting PL Invoices, through to processing Management Fees and Client Invoices, and finally receiving in Payments from Clients.

11. Insurance

Course runs: Monthly
Course Objectives:
In this RPM Insurance course you will learn how to load Insurance Policies and rates and apply these to your Developments. You will learn how to invoice the Insurance Charges, load and manage Insurance Claims and carry out Adjustments.

12. RPM Superusers

Course runs: Monthly
Course Objectives:
To provide the designated superuser with an understanding of the RPM Configuration Options, the System Parameters, User Logins, Groups and Permissions.
